Also the recommed relays are obsolete i found ones that will work though they were hard to locate.

The only thing was that we have an old coilfan system but the electrician that came to set it up did some tricks to make worked and it saved us a couple of hundreds if we were to upgrade the whole system

So if the fan on fancoil unit is 7 amps this unit should not be insalled

The connecting terminal block did not work well with 14 ga thhn wire needs better connection screws here

It took a couple of hours since i spent a lot of time documenting and tracing wiring from old thermostat only 3 to the motor the temperature sensor and line voltage and studying the installation guide on this new thermostat

I called honeywell support to ask a question before i started the guy was of no help except to say this unit would not work on my system even though it was designed for my system line volt thermostat on a fan coil per the product description
