Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

Installation is super simple if you follow the wiring codes embossed on the thermostat. I am not electrically inclined, and this was easy and saved me a ton of money. Take a photo of the wiring just in case.

Cons

These are a heavily cheapened version of honeywell's very good focuspro series of thermostats. The product is oversold and way more difficult to install than presented. It boils down to a poor quality product.

Tried both ways- no dice- only hot air. Same problem with the heat setting. It seems to lag, it will show 75 degrees when the ac is first started and after the ac has been running awhile a temp gauge has 71 degrees.
