Pros

This is an excellent thermostat, although its programmable aspect can be a bit frustrating to use. The easiest friendly user unit i have ever used, i love it!

No frills, good price, easy to install. Easy to install; very clear instructions. It installs easily and does a great job. All you need is a screwdriver.

It's great of hallways and adjusting at night when you don't want to wake the kiddies. The set up is not really intuitive but do-able. I wish the display were larger, but for the price and the other things mentioned i am willing to overlook that.

Cons

In longer ducts, warm air never reaches the room before shutting down. They advertise it as +/-1f but after extensive back and forth with their techies, this unit will swing between 0. And it cannot be changed. Honeywell says it has a 2 year warranty ... Read More

My old thermostat had become almost impossible to use, because the raise temperature button had become "mushy" and rarely worked.

We have huge thermostat problems with our other honeywell one.

This is a super xlnt product and great value for the price.

Purchased this for essentially 1/10-th the cost and installed myself in less than 10 minutes.

It doesn't have wifi connectivity, but some of us don't care and would rather spend the extra $100 on something else.
