Pros

Easy to use and does exactly what a thermostat is suppose to do. Unattached 5th wire.

Easy to install and easy to program. Easy to st up after install for your system by following step by step instructions. Very good tech support. Installed it all by myself within 10 minutes. Lots of youtube videos on this model and how to install it.

Cons

The apps are insanely difficult to use. The packaging was re-taped and looked old. No where to turn to even get a refund.

I hate this thermostat because it wrecks my sleep. Honeywell has a private label program they push to contractors. Had to wait for an hvac guy to install.

Nearly impossible to program- endless button presses. Cannot find support on honeywell's web page on how to reset this feature or turn it off. I am tired of trying to figure out what the programmers were thinking.
