Great product, replaced the original with this.
It was a direct chageout with the old honeywell, the screw holes even lined up!
Once setup, walk away and forget it!
Price
I was quoted over $500 to have thermostat replaced.

The description was "damaged packaging" but effected nothing.
Save the box, and all receipts to send into honeywell.
This was a amazon renewed item, and is in the exact condition as described.
The pruduct was new with just the box itself being a little worn.
Competitiveness
I had asked the seller about a warranty because amazon often sells warranties with other products.
Returned a chinese brand that had poor touch screen response and decided to go with a brand the hvac professionals use.
I'm hoping this will last longer than original install, but i have no proof the contractor used a brand new thermostat.

There are two of these available on amazon and look identical however i sent the first one back to amazon returns it lacked the 34emergency heatauxiliary heat34 function which our heat pump is equipped with
