Easy to install and programmable. Not just a plug and play for geo thermo and you need to follow the direction very carefully to program it for this. One reviewer said the instructions were hard to follow.

A very, very small criticism of an exceptional product. I have an air conditioner with heat pump and aux heat, and it works just fine.
