Pros

This thermostat works well; it holds the temp. It works with many different types of heating and cooling systems as well. I am a hvac professional and can say with great certainty, that this therestat is very good.

All of this is easily configurable in the installer options menu. Easy to install, does what it says it does. Pretty intuitive instructions for programming.

If you want an internet connection for this i think you can buy an additional device that communicates with the radio of the thermostat. Indoor wireless remote sensors are easy to link to the unit. Easy to connect to wifi.

Cons

Connecting to an indoor sensor was not working until full reset of the latter. Honeywell advertised a 5-year warranty then made it clear that the warranty only applies when the thermostat has been “professionally installed’.
