Im very happy with the lyric it does what i purchased it for wireless remote control of my heating and cooling i can set the house temperature to where i want it even if i am not at home

Installation using the app was intuitive and easy to follow pdf instructions can also be downloaded from the lyric website

Honeywell quickly replaced the back plate when i broke a tab during install despite the issue being my fault

One thing they did mention which should be noted is not to have the battery installed if the common wire is connected this will apparently cause onboard capacitors in the lyric to drain and ultimately kill the device
