It's easier to clean with the big opening.
With the honeywell relative humidity gauge i now can see that my bedroom maintains a 47% level of relative humidity.
As for value for the price, it's possible to get a humidifier with the same capacity that's much cheaper.
So, pleased with that aspect, as well.
