Pros
Dehumidifier for 4,000 sq. In an 1,800 sq. Temp 78 degrees and 49% humidity. Easy to set up, and easy to use with the included hose. Removes moisture very well.
Love the ability to connect to the wifi and control from anywhere in the world. Support performance is just as stellar as the dehumidifier. Kudos to jmatek.
Cons
May be ok in a shed, garage or well insulated basement. It struggles to bring the humidity down out of the 40% range. Bucket is very small and in a 14 hour period bucket was not full and still had water on basement wall.
Honeywell warranty is a joke. The conclusion is that this product is a pos. Company wants a chance to deflect reviews like this one.
Software was designed by a kindergartner and probably written by a developer fresh out of boot camp. Not a word about how to use the smart feature.

Unless you have air compressor it is impossible to properly clean the coils.
9/25/23 - the unit is now in 'water full alarm' mode even though a hose is connected to drain into sink.

This is the right size for my bathroom hang my suit in the shower turn this on and it pulls out so much of the moisture in just a few hours
