It's perfectly sized for placing on a shelf or desk without being too obtrusive or in the way. I have one of mine to my elderly aunty because heat unevenly distributed at her location.

It swivels so you can circulate a larger area and it is whisper quiet. The fan noise is typical, but not objectionable. Could be quieter. There was some plastic smell and gradually went away.

Honeywell turbo force power heat circulator. Sits on the floor by my desk and directs a stream of warm air to me as i work. Nice warm forced air keeps your room nice and toasty.

Cons

The heater starts smelling and causes the fire alarm to go off. This is just 7 months after purchase and the return window is closed.
