Honeywell wi-fi smart works perfectly. The wifi works perfectly, the device recieves the wifi updates from the server quickly. The app is simple and user friendly.

Temperature swings allowed by the nest are much wider than any honeywell thermostat i've owned. This feature is important as that inceases the ability to balance the temps better in a mutistory house and not operate the heat / ac constantly. The price... Read More

Do not purchase from this seller. Their support is horrible. Not a good thing believe me. Kinda scary and disappointing.

Thermostat must be reset at the thermostat in order to restore remote connection. Keeping the temperate constant is not a feature, it’s a liability that can drive cycle times down.

Purchased this product localy as price was $50 less than online.

The price is a little high, but identical to the significantly lower functionality of the nest, and a lower price than the ecobee.
