Highlights
Quality
The hubitat recognized each of these switches flawlessly and the routine is working perfectly.
Easy to install and very very good for dimming the lights using my vivint app.
The fine print on all those dimmer/switches says not to use on inductive loads like fans and ballast type lighting.
I had a bad batch of jasco/ge z-wave switches that kept dying after power outages.
Price
These switches are great for their price and they work well.
This was the lowest cost z-wave switch i could find.
A few bucks saved here gets me more toys later!
Reliable and lower cost at the time time.
Packaging/appearance
This is the same jasco switch as sold in stores for half the price, simple packaging and simple installation.
You also need to have a neutral wire (usually the white wire) present in the box where each one is being installed.
Competitiveness
These are much more responsive in comparison and provide near instantaneous on or off when using the paddle.
These switches are the newer version made by jasco.
Was skeptical to buy this off name switch, even though it's the same switch as another name brand just renamed.
I don't know, but the ultra pro switch is the same jasco switch as the newer ge branded one.
