The unit has a 5 cent capacitor (c7) that will break down after voltage spikes from your power company when you loose power.


Both of those devices were very finicky and any power bump meant they would go off the network and have to manually be re-established.

Great value for a smart z-wave + dimmer.


They are a good a good price at $25 each.


They tend to be a few dollars cheaper anyway.
