Pros

This product is real whole milk with the moisture removed. I use this for hot chocolate, chia pudding, and oatmeal. It is a delicious shelf stable solution if you love natural dairy in your beverages or for cooking.

Easy to prep and easy to store. Great if you don't use a whole lot of milk and it is shelf stable for a year or two.

There is just me and realistically a pint at a time is perfect (2 cups) the 1lb container makes just under two gallons, which sees me through 4 weeks. I get cute floatings of white clumps that are adorable. Pre mix = no clumps.

Highly recommend this product. I hope they don't ever discontinue this product i would be so sad. This is perfect.

Cons

Exact same type container, but this 1 lb is laughably tiny! Go to the store and buy powdered milk. Directions say 4 and 1/2 cups of powder are required to make a gallon.

The information states the shelf life is 360 days.

Tasted great, stores well if packaged properly.

This is packaged in a plastic jar with a lid, which keeps the flavor and does not tant the flavor.

The milk powder is great, but the amazon packer was asleep when loading box.

Competitiveness

This is the best milk powder taste i’ve ever tasted compare to other brands.

Those reviewers that stated it tastes no different from milk bought in a grocery or other store hit the nail on the head.

But this is a big expensive compare to other popular brands.

Seems expensive, but better than throwing away a quart or 2 of milk that went bad in the refrigerator.
