Pros

This brand differs from the others in its consistency. My only complaint is it's put in a generic company bag and then theres a sticker attached on the back with the product info contained.

The only natural sweetener that has no aftertaste for me. Monkfruit is the next best sweetener but it has a slight aftertast. The taste of this allulose is great in coffee and tea. It's cheaper than other allulose brands such as teano.

As a gym owner and lifelong athlete, i try to encourage people to be proactive and personally responsible when it comes to their health.

Cons

My bad response to this product needs to be clarified. Sorry, cannot endorse something this abrasive on my insides. Safeway sells pure allulose for.

The taste is fantastic, but the side effects are truly distressing. No hint of sweet. No sweetness no matter how much you put in your food. The resulting diarrhea and gas is not tolerable.

It's a little pricey but it is a big bag.
