Pros & Cons
Pros
This is good, it is cheesy. Flavour is great! I am a real person and this stuff it great! Also excellent on buttered popcorn.
This product is very similar (but better) to other powdered cheese mixes in taste. I mix it the same way i would the traditional kraft dinner, (milk and butter), but it's a much healthier version. I use 2 tablespoons to 1 cup macaroni and it's great!
Highlights
Quality
Great with tomato soup and thicked it nicely.
Excellent cheese flavour, family loved the mac and cheese i made.
I have never had such a realistic cheese flavor from any powder including not limited to, other real dehydrated cheese powders.
I love extra cheese and the prepackaged pasta and cheese never gives enough cheese sauce.
Price
What i really dislike is that i can no longer purchase this product because of the insane high price.
Yes it’s a bit pricey but i do feel it’s worth the price.
I used to be able to buy this amount for about 10$.
Packaging/appearance
I wish it would come in a bigger container :)
I thought i had a bad batch but more and more box would end up being bad.
Competitiveness
It is as other have said, "as good as, or better than kraft dinner.
This tastes even better than kraft dinner powder in my opinion.

Eventually all the clumps from the beginning get folded into the mix and if needed you can splash in some more milk to thin it out

This stuff tastes great but you have to bring it to a boil for it to thicken and im not a fan of that with pasta so i likely wont purchase again
