Pros & Cons
Pros
I'm sooooooo picky when it comes to my mac. Better dollar per weight with the two pounder. Always keep some in the cupboard.
Flavor is like kraft, but probably better. The flavor beats the packaged boxed mixes.
Cons
When i add the cheese to my already cooked macaroni, only a portion of the cheese begins to mix into a sauce. I have tried using this a few times thinking it was the way i prepared it, it each time i get these lumps that will not mix in.
Terrible and the flavor is non existent. It's more salty and stays grainy after mixing. And it's way too salty.
It is downright egregious highway robbery to pay that much but not get what you paid for.
Highlights
Quality
Comes out smooth every time without lumps, one pan, a whisk, and a colander for easy cleanup.
It tastes good, has an easy to mix in texture, looks good… i love it.
This actually taste almost like the kraft thick and creamy mac and cheese.
It scratched the cheese itch i had for weeks.
Price
Great value for how much mac n cheese you can make from this one jar!
Wish we got more for the price but does the job advertised.
Do like that there isn't any artificial color and the price is good
