Pros
Needed this in a pinch for work. Was hesitant but seemed like my only option. I use it to make buttermilk biscuits.
This is a perfect, perfect alternative to buying the liquid buttermilk which spoils in the refrigerator. It is shelf stable and does not have to be refrigerated. My pantry is happy.
Cons
There is absolutely nothing about this that is buttermilk. It tastes like cheap powdered milk. Disappointing flavor and not good for an impromptu buttermilk brine.
Product is not returnable or refundable so will give to my daughter-in-law for her pigs. Main purpose for it is shot, it * that even from when i got it, it's expiration date is in the next month. Won't even use any by then.
Not only was the packaging pierced but the product was punctured as well. The containers are very small for the price. Who knows what germ, bacteria, or bug may have penetrated the product.

Best, these powdered milk powders dissolve instantly & never clumpy or pasty.
This is the second one i have purchased, i add to muffins, biscuits, quick bread and scone.
Powder is not all clumps and mixes well in water.
I haven’t tried it but better than the liquid that doesn’tlast long in the frige

I was able to create a 'drinkable' buttermilk, but the cost and time involved was not worth all the effort.
Will buy again in future as long as they don't raise the prices.
Packaging/appearance
The container is a perfect fit for the fridge door.
Competitiveness
Have tried other brands, but this is my favorite & very competitively priced!
This product is so much easier than buying buttermilk, using a cup or less, and throwing the rest away.
I'd tried that in the past with other brands & my kids always said, "mom, the milks bad!
