Disappointed in their new cheap packaging : (update this time on 10/6/20:just ordered another bag, because i love this stuff.
I have bought both the cheddar cheese powder and the white cheddar powder.
But yet again the new packaging is horrible!
Below average packaging, useless when it won't close after opening.
Competitiveness
I use it in macaroni and cheese au gratin potatoes cheese sauce for veggies just everything and on popcorn i gave it a 5-star rating.

Its takes about 6 months for us to use it all and i know the product is going to harden before we can finish it air is not good for powdered cheese

And its cheese powder you cant transfer the contents to another container without getting a huge cloud of cheese dust all over the kitchen

It is not quite the same as krafts macncheese powder it is a much brighter orange color and does not have a thickening agent

As others have noted the reason this cheese has such defined flavor is that it is actually partly made from blue cheese not just cheddar
