Pros
Hoosier hill instant clear jel does just what it says. Holds up to high heat making it perfect for canning. Perfect for thickening whipped cream with a little sugar or powdered sugar.
This stuff is magic. It comes in a convenient container. It is quick to use.
Cons
Will not use for canning again. It thickens great but has a weird fake taste & consistency.

You can add it to hot gravy and whatever but you have to mix it with a little water in order to add it to hot gravy etc
