Pros
A bit less clumpy. Just saying. That being said, comparatively, it's one of the lowest prices for the volume i've seen on amazon.
It's really yummy and not salty. It’s low in calories and lasts a long time. Add an extra tablespoon or two to the cheapo boxed stuff to make it just a little extra cheesy.
This cheese mix is easy to prepare and can be mixed in recipes or used as a dry sprinkle on things like popcorn. Easy to distribute on snacks like potato chips, crackers, etc. Can get caky when it mixes with the spray butter on veggies.
Cons
We have no idea how long the container has been compromised. The new formulation is not good. A horrible waste of mone.
My mac & cheese experience has been ruined for a while. My frustration is the lack complete information in the listing and not being able to return the product. The real kicker (and i certainly understand why) is this product is non refundable.
The flavor is dirty and chemically. This is the worst flavored cheese we have ever purchased. It tastes, as our youngest said, like stale fish.

Reserve pasta water…add a few heaps to the cooked pasta over low heat… add a few tablespoons of butter and some half and half or milk if you have it

I actually bought the sour cream and buttermilk powders to have in the pantry in case i want to cook something with these ingredients but don’t have them on hand
