Pros
Growing up eating salted butter, the buttery flavor i love tastes salty, not sweet. Somethings like instant mashed potatoes, rice etc. Are used in a lot of recipes.
Last longer than ghee. Takes a lot so start with a teasp of water in lil cup and build on it to see how much it takes to be spreadable. Hhf has a lot of stuff in powdered form.
Cons
Disappointment ensues. At $20 ea, that is unacceptable! Would not recommend at all. Update unfortunately this is not returnable!
Tried this on popcorn - yuk. Not even a full spray,more like a mist of butter flavor. You know the kind one would use too make biscuits before tossing the rest out to the hogs.

Price
I think their price is a bit steep, and i still love their real butter powder.
Lol the product is cheaper on the hoosier hill farm website, but then you end up paying shipping, so the cost is comparable.
I just hope that hoosier hill farm doesn't jack their price crazily up like some companies.

I mixed really well a good few minutes with warm water for a spreadable butter but still had a slight taste of powder

But learned years ago that such supplies must be tested first before stocking up because theres a lot of scam crap out there which take advantage of people

So i used some of my first purchase and found it worked almost better to dust on vegetables than regular butter melting

I pour a bit of popped popcorn into a big bowl and dust a little butter powder on using a teaspoon that i tap gently and shake a little off to fall down add another layer of popcorn and dust repeat until all the popcorn is dusted then chow down
