Pros
The bag is resealable and does a good job keeping everything in. Could just be my bag as a first time buyer? Will definitely buy again. I like that this brand seems perfect, well priced.
Tvp works well as a vegetarian ground beef substitute. For anyone new to tvp you have to add flavors as you re-hydrate it. This brand of tvp is of excellent quality.
Cons
There is a strange artificial smell which seems to be the caramel color and sulfites added to the tvp if it's even really that. It is unusable and apparently unreturnable. Stay away from this product.
