Pros
The hose cleaner is also a nice touch. It has completely cleaned my couch from doggy messes.
Small compact, good suction. Save me the cost of getting a commercial carpet cleaner to clean the chair.
Bought this in dec, finally used it in march. Love it. Highly recommend. This product is worth the investment.
It is incredibly easy to use. Used it to detail my car. Went to youtube to refresh my memory on how to use it. It’s actually pretty simple.
Cons
It has a vacuum with some suction, but not enough suction to remove even 1/2 the water. The supply and holding tanks are too small requiring frequent refills and empties. The machine stops * but making bigger noise after 10 seconds of running!

Overall, it’s a nice versatile machine that offers great cleaning performance and efficiency in a relatively small and compact footprint.
All the parts detach and you just run them under water to clean.
I have 2 boxers and their hair gets stuck in my seats and carpet and was never able to get it all out.
Price
It also saved the cost of possibly getting a new chair and the hassle of disposing of the old one.
I feel that this machine paid for itself, saving me the cost of getting a commercial carpet cleaner to clean the chair.
The area rug stain was so bad i really thought i would need a new rug- so this thing saved me $200+.
Packaging/appearance
Given the size, it packs a punch, having strong suction and a spray nozzle controlled by a trigger on the handle.
Competitiveness
I specifically got this model because it had the wide brush option that other brands didn't have.
I also purchased 2 other cleaner solution same brand and same solution they provide you with but as a 32 fluid ounce.

We have a10 year old lazy boy recliner with light colored fabric that remains in great condition but the arm rests and some other areas had gotten quite grimy and discolored
