Good suction power, much better than the old * one. Good standard suction and on boost its brilliant. This is a good machine, and seems well made.
The 2in1 dusting & furniture tool and the crevice tool are a substantial size and work well. Comes with a dusting tool and acrevice tool. Great for getting rid of pesky cobwebs.
Cons
Worked well until the hose at the hinge of the brush-head split after 13 months, only through normal use. It seems that the dust was gathering in the brush mechanism and we have spentmost of the day pulling it apart and trying to sort out the problem ... Read More

Quality
It has good suction and cleans impressively on both floor & carpet without the turbo boost.
The vacuum itself is a very well made and well thought out.
Failure to do this will result in the led giving you error messages and the hoover refusing to work.
This hoover is very low noise when i consider it to my previous cordless dyson.
Price
It may seem expensive but for a top quality product like this it is worth every penny.
Been spending £000’s of £ on dyson….
Some things really are worth the extra cost.
Couldn't asked for more given the price.

Packaging/appearance
First off the packaging: 10/10 … everything well boxed and protected, box is a good size and there is absolutely no plastic!
First thing on opening it was nice to see fully recyclable packaging.
Competitiveness
Main things that stood out to me are:how very powerful the suction is compared to my current cordless big brand vac.
You can't beat a branded hoover and this cordless one is no exception.
I would no longer recommend buying a hoover because of the lack of spares support.

I used to have a henry as they are literally indestructible but of course they are corded and i really prefer to have a cordless stick hoover

I was dubious about the weight as although it is lightweight its more than a dyson and i can have very stiff hands and wrists sometimes
