The part fits perfectly on my 23-year-old hoover elite vacuum. Believed me after 30 minutes of finessing. Don't have vacuum anymore.

Anyways, works perfectly and is tight when first placed on the vacuum.
Everything excellent, as described and works great.
My hoover vacuum ( empower 4600 ) belt finally broke after 7 years of hard serving and i was in need of replacement asap!
They are made out of heavy duty rubber or maybe even plastic.
Price
It was a couple dollars for the belt and it fixed my machine saving me the cost of replacing the whole thing.
Cannot beat the price and these fit the bill for a 14 yr old vac that runs great!
What else can i say but, great belts at a great price, i'll keep saying it until i use up my word minimum for this review.
Can't beat the price for a belt no one carries anymore.
