With stellar suction, all you really need to do is grab a bottle of mr. Clean. Mopping your floors with a fabric mop, wet swiffer, steam mops etc. Is much easier on your back than a manual mop.

These units are junk! Customer service is abysmal. This thing is a loser. Like other things this contraption promises, there' ain't no label!

It pretends to scrub, and then * up the still clean water on the floor. When that water hits the dirty water container, it's magically dirty. The motor bearings aren't sealed.

They often disconnect the chats and tell you to try again later. The phone bot never puts you through to agent as it states.

Lasted just over a year. Still under warranty. It's a totally inappropriate design that either hoover knew would fail prematurely or their engineering department is inept.

The bissell crosswave is cumbersome to operate. After several years it will not vacuum up it's water or anything else. It's as if the designers took inspiration from a leaky faucet and incorporated that into a vacuum mop.
