Pros

Stick vac picks up pet fur off of my rugs, carpeted stairs and tile floors. It does great on our carpets and hardwood both. This is the only cordless stick vac i have found that * up pet hair.

Very happy with this purchase. It seems well made and i anticipate i'll be using it for years to come. I rarely write reviews, but this is my second one of the day.

Cons

Don't get this one and save yourself the headache. This vacuum is junk and not worth buying. Hoover is certainly not what is used to be. This vacuum is useless.

My vacuum just stopped vacuuming. It is less than 1 year old and it stopped working today. It has a very short life span. And, last but not least, the battery has avery short life!

This is so cheaply made it looks like a toy vacuum. The plastic housing seems very flimsy. Not as substantial as the flair.

The only other option is a form email on their website, which they don't respond to. Where is my warranty? Fortunately, amazon has a great return policy and i have returned this.

Because we liked the previous one so much, we replaced it with the same model.

However, if anything happened to our hoover, we would likely replace it with the same model.
