Pros

I let the machine pause over trouble areas to do some extra scrubbing. The suction extracts the cleaning mixture quickly and efficiently. The roller-cleaners are easy to take off and clean.

The rotating power brush heads make a difference, and work the cleaning solution into the carpet for an amazing deep clean. Have bought both hoover n bissell carpet cleaners previously. Highly recomend this carpet cleaner.

Just added a 3 mos old fur baby to the household. Very happy with the cleaning power and ultimate machine cleanup. I assume products get upgrades, and this one is.

Cons

I feel nipped because they will refund me. Don’t waste your mo ey on this product. The casing and parts break very easily.

Manual was wrinkled and pushed inside a brush bag. The 5 spinning heads are problematic. You have to unclick these tabs that required me to use a flat head screw driver.

I really like this scrubber it seems to be high quality and works very well.

Works great and pulls the dirty back out of the carpet.

After clean the dirty water break in to between the panel and never came out again.

The brushes lasted 8 months before the motor on it quit.

For the price, i can't recommend it enough to all my friends.

I put off for so long buying a carpet cleaner because reviews were always so mixed and they’re expensive.

Shipping

Received this carpet cleaner today, shipping was very fast.

In a day or so come if not sooner i'll upload how to carpet looks after i use it.

Packaging/appearance

The delivery and the packaging is excellent.

I’m really glad that i got the big container of cleaner!

However upon opening the box it is smaller and much lighter than the old on and some disappointment set in.

From the photos on the box it appears to be a big, robust carpet cleaner similar to the one it is replacing.

Competitiveness

Holy cow i am impressed, this hoover works almost as good as the store rented ones.

It works better than the $400 dollar carpet cleaner we have i definitely recommend!

I get that; many companies are having those same issues.

Decades ago, i had a hoover steam vac that was nearly identical to this model.
