Pros
The vacuum has a push to clean and pull to dry feature. The drying feature makes it great to do a once over after you have cleaned your carpet. The clear cover over the rollers lets you see if the water is dirty.
The price is really reasonable for how well it works. But my carpets look so much better than before. And, as much as i loved my old one, this one is sooo much better.
The suction is unreal. It leaves the carpet only slightly damp.
This machine cleans like a dynamo! The machine itself is so easy to clean. Assembly is quick and easy and after vacuuming the carpet i used my new cleaner.

Based on my observations on the broken website and poor support, i believe hoover is going down the tubes and recommend avoiding them at all costs. Replacement belts are only $10 whereas to ship it back to hoover is about $30. If you have a problem, e... Read More
It now makes a horrible sound when you turn it on accompanied by a burning electric smell like its overheating. Replaced the brush cover and same problem. I wish i could just send it back and repurchase it again.

The suction is great and the product works well.
Great product, easy to use especially with the pre-mix with solution and water.
This unit has four tanks and two are solution tanks, so you don't premix solution with the water.
Price
The price is really reasonable for how well it works.
The price was right under $300 which is what i probably would have paid another company to clean my carpets.
Packaging/appearance
The dirty water tank has a filter to catch debris so you can dispose of the water without clogging pipes.
After the first couple shampoos i quit using soap in the machine and just lightly spray spots before running the shampooer.
Competitiveness
It’s less than the cost of two professional carpet cleanings and so worth it.

The wash button only stays on while pushing forward and if you push forward too long the dry button comes on
