Pros

It also helps me to be calmer in the daytime when needed. Appears to be alleviating hot flashes. Great for help calming you for resting at night. Anticholinergic medication side effects you'll see why this journey was worth taking.

Cons

Supplement works fine but the smell and taste are awful. They only charge about $5 for a bottle of 180 capsules. Meh, doesn't make a difference really.

Taking three of these before bedtime, and it is really helping with middle of the night waking.

I take 4 of each a half hour before bedtime and no longer take otc sleep aids.

Update after a few nights: wow, sleeping much better.

Also, it’s cheaper than drinking a couple of ipa’s every night!
