The dpad breaks like clockwork. It pushes the dpad too far to the edge, and makes it harder to use.

They ask that you send them your purchase reciept to expedite the support process. When they make you pay for shipping, they only provide support in the upper 48 states. They have a very small window for warranty, two weeks after purchase. The reality... Read More

It feels hollow and fragile. It's also not a very smooth pad so my thumb actually got pretty callused. Comparatively the octa is a horrible horrible pad.

The analog stick on this controller is significantly better than a standard controllers for fighting games.

The main alternative people go with is the victrix, but that's roughly $300 more.

It would be cool if hori offered different dpad options.
