I was concerned initially about the nuclear style of the start button but my fears of a door standing up at all times were quickly dismissed as the door slides into the stick creating a simple hollowed out spot for the button

Maybe its because ive never installed one on a hori stick but its worth noting that when installing the gate its necessary to check all sides of the gate to make sure they have snapped in flush to the bottom of the stick
