Pros

Software allows for limitless customization, and comes with onboard profile switching. Turn up the vibration and trigger vibration settings in the app. Must have for xnox users.

Makes some good stuff. No malfunctions, no drifting. Unique feel heightens the immersion a little bit.

Great controller for easy gaming. Doing korean back dash the proper way and not the qcb way, is easy on this pad. It's not wireless but that's okay for me, keeping it corded keeps the price down.

Cons

Audio through the headset jack is pretty bad. The controller requires an app to work properly.
