Take 2 each evening with supper seems to help energy in general as well as not getting muscle fatigue when working out. As a 22 year old with erectile dysfunction this is absolutely what i needed.

I think it does work for the desired results some are looking for with the right outside stimulation however its not a fast acting miracle pill or as strong as medications such as viagra sildenafil or cialis tadalafil or other prescribed pde5 inhibitors
