Knife holder: knife holder is very well built, it is solid, heavy, real wood, sturdy on the counter.
Wood handles: the wooden handles of the knife’s are very well balanced, extremely smooth and comfortable.
The blades are so sharp that they were cutting through the protectors.
I believe if these blades were full tang, it would've said so in the product description.
Price
With the price spent i do not want a dishwasher to touch these knives.
And that's a bit of a disappointment, especially for the cost of these, that they are not full tang.

I had a few very minor miscommunication concerns i brought to the seller and they took care of it immediately!

I had a different set that were extremely uncomfortable to hold and cut which is why i wanted to try this set

My one complaint about this set is the placement of the boning scissors

I dont use them regularly for them to be placed right up front and they get in the way when reaching for the knives behind them
