It doesn’t have that seam where the knife is connected to the handle so you don’t have to worry about it getting filled with bacteria

My partner didn’t realize i bought a bread knife and was able to cut freshly baked white bread slices with the chef’s knife

The metal and wood handle is a little sharp in the hand and seems to be related to the wood being slightly smaller than the metal and the squared edge is proud of the wood
