Pros
The product firmly secures the cold pack. Able to apply heat or cold to my shoulder while still having some mobility. I use it for short trips with ice pack which lasts approximately 1-1/2 hours.
Cons
I'm 5'4 and it's quite bulky for my frame. Agreed with other reviews.
