Absolutely love this clay ice pack i have had 2 neck surgeries and i use this for cold onlyi do not think it would be the best thing too choose for heati use the ricegrain whatever bags for heat right out of the microwave
With normal ice packs you are stuck being totally immobile or having to hold the icepack
