Ok so in order for product to work how you would like from my experience you must cover your carpet entirely along with box spring and mattress

I then used a mattress and box spring cover that is made to suffocate bed bugs bought from walmart covered mattresses with some of the powder in the cover up before zipping it up

I left the dustpwder in the carpets cracks base boards windows and closets for a week

Works great on carpets they dont sell in alaska anymore apparently
