Wear a cool dry shirt (rash guard) underneath like surfers due. This is pretty awesome. This sauna vest is an awesome addition to any workout if you want extra sweat.

This product works exactly as advertised, it makes you sweat more than you would have withou for sure.
Product works well but it arrived with a really strong rubber smell.
This is the second time i used this product.
