The seller synmixx was awesome with replacing the plush cover with the knit cover.
I was nervous that they would be poor quality, but they turned out to be great!
Also, the plushness of the cover significantly interferes with the heat transference making it more of a warm water bottle.

The neck of the plush cover is inflexible and too small making it almost impossible to get the hot water bottle in it
