I did receive the item open even though it was supposed to have been brand new but i'm unsure if that's the seller or amazon delivery.

The toy is for a kid who's going to rip the packaging anyways so i just taped it shut but it was a little disappointing to see.

Still a fair price and it hadn't been opened, just damaged packaging.

The product was fine and it was new but the plastic had holes and it was missing a chuck of packaging on the top
