Pros
Insoles are thin and adhere to your socks and continue to work for a long time. Lasts about 4-5 hours. I had them on with a pair of fleece socks and waterproof boots that are only 3 mths old.
Cons
Quality is meh. I find these did nothing and did not last long at all.
