I actually ordered this as kind of a prepper type item, in case i ever lose power and am without heat.
Price
If you can afford the $7 to stay warm, give it a go!
But it is a little pricey for one warmer.
The price point of it is just a little too high for it to be a regular everyday or every week winter item.
Shipping
This neck warmer arrived just in time for a recent cold front, and i wore it under my scarf for an outdoor concert.
Overall this got hot quick and stayed hot a long time and would be useful in a lot of situations in colder weather.
Packaging/appearance
She loved how it draped around her neck, very comfortable and it stayed warm for longer than the 8 hours stated on the package.
The neck warmer got hot right away out of the packaging and surprisingly stayed hot all day, morning to night.

Like other hot hands products its best combined with mechanical insulation like a winter coat and will need to be repositioned occasionally to avoid overheating this is more appropriate for a situation like a winter football game than for active sports because theres intentionally no way to keep it in place

While this works just as well as regular hot hands with all the same pros and cons i really question the value of getting one neck warmer for this price
