Pros
They are meant to apply to your socks. The adhesive is really good and they stay where they are put until you peel them off. We use 2 on each foot covering our toes and it works great!
Cons
Out of the 14 pairs there were 6 different expiration dates w/ some being already expired. The customer service is among the most abysmal i’ve seen ever. These seem to be expired. The full sole warmer is a bit better but has the same positioning issue... Read More

These are not suppose to get as hot as the hand warmers and i followed the directions

I removed that warmer and noticed the bottom of my foot had turned really red when i removed my sock but there was no blister

Id suggest if you use these be very cautious and remove them immediately if your foot starts burning from the heat

Its not so much that they make my feet feel hot because they dont
