Pros
It's very bright, and the high irradiance means you're getting an effective dose of red light in a short amount of time. The belt fits securely, and stay in place. The carrying case is a very nice, sturdy case.
The controller is very simple to use and the readout is easy to read. That's really a game changer. The inline remote is not great quality, but it has all the * you need.
This works to help sooth and heal your feet and toes. Great relief to tired, sore feet. Gives that soothing healing warmth too.

This is not something you want to walk around in but since the timer only does 10 20 and 30 minutes you wont really have a reason to anyway

There doesnt seem to be any place to put the battery bank so youll just need to have it outside the boot if you go that route

The velcro straps are not sewn onto the boot at all which is good and bad

I do wish there was some kind of pocket on this thing to keep all the cables together but there isnt

It also does not come with a bag to keep everything together so you may want to keep the box it comes in for storage between uses
