The “quick release’ is clumsy and awkward. It is always a bit off. Spend your money somewhere else.

Not a problem when clamping work pieces, but for pieces that will be show quality i use either a hard or soft rubber/foam cushion.

However i mistakenly did not review the item carefully when it arrived

Then a few months later when i was prepared to use it i discovered one loose screw and one missing screw under one of the clamp assemblies

Though im sure its past whatever warranty it may have had ill attempt to contact the seller for resolution and will update this review if anything changes
