Great way to start gluten free cooking. If you or someone you know is gluten intolerant or celiac, or have their own reasons for avoiding gluten, this is the book to have.

All available on amazon and not too pricey. Book isn't constructed to be super durable but the recipes are heaven. Book boasts many ideas just to change app or introduce something new.
Cons
The multigrain mix tastes fishy. Pure physsilum powder was the cause. I find this book hugely disappointing.

Once you go through the “pain” of finding all flour and grain necessary and make the atk flour as directed, you will not be disappointed !
I’m new to gluten free and it really explains a lot about baking vs cooking and the different types of flour
I have followed the notes in terms of counter life but found both items i made freeze well and defrost well.
Cup measurements are absolutely ridiculous in this day and age especially if you want accurate results!

There are a lot of prepackaged goods on the market these days but they are expensive andor have a very short shelf life

It also provides a recipe for an all purpose flour but i prefer to use king arthurs gf for simplicity
